- Basic: $250. Ideal for homes up to 2500 square feet - about 25 photos, sent the following day.
- Premium: $300. For homes up to 3500 square feet - about 40 photos, sent the following day.
- Larger or very high-end properties, please inquire
- Twilight photography - additional $100 fee
- Aerial Drone Services - additional fee, please inquire Cooper Drone Services
THE DETAILS
- High-quality exposure and lighting techniques, along with natural-looking Photoshop retouching.
- All photos are shot using a high-end Nikon camera and high-quality lenses.
- Flexible hours; Saturday shoots possible.
- Standard turnaround is 24 hours (except for Saturday shoots, which is Monday morning). In most cases, the images are available the next morning.
- 1-year usage for original agent/seller only. Extended usage is available.
